Membership

The membership is for people who want regular treatment built into their routine - with priority booking up to three months in advance, a rate held for 12 months regardless of any price changes, and a way of making consistent therapy more accessible than paying upfront for a block of sessions.

One session credit per month, added automatically on your billing date. Three months open to book any time. Your rate fixed for 12 months from the date you join. Spaces are limited at each venue.

What's included
One session credit per month

Added to your account on your billing date each month. Redeemable against any treatment — massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, facial treatments and face remodelling. For Advanced Clinical Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy and Face Remodelling, the initial programme should be completed first — ongoing sessions can then be booked using membership.​​

Priority booking - three months ahead

Members can book up to three months in advance. Standard bookings open four weeks ahead. If you have a regular day or time that works for your schedule, priority access is how you secure it consistently.

Aromatherapy and hot stones always included

Aromatherapy and hot stone treatments are included in your membership session at no additional charge, wherever they are clinically appropriate to your treatment. For single and block bookings these are included in the relevant purchased treatments only.

Bespoke aromatherapy blend at your first session

A personalised aromatherapy blend is formulated at your first membership session, based on your clinical history and what we are working on. This is yours to take away and use between appointments. If you would like a new blend each month, the aromatherapy subscription provides that as a separate service.

Monthly movement class

A recorded stretch and movement session provided each month, developed from a professional movement background and informed by the clinical massage work. Accessible at any time to fit around your schedule.

Additional sessions at your membership rate

Members have access to a private booking link for additional sessions at their membership rate, subject to availability. This is separate from your monthly credit and available whenever you need more than one session in a month or for those who visit more regularly.

Your price fixed for 12 months

Your membership rate is fixed from the date you join and will not increase for 12 months, regardless of any price changes during that period. You will always receive written notice before any rate change takes effect at the end of your fixed term.

How credits work

Each credit is intended to be used monthly but is valid for up to six weeks from the date it is added — built-in for flexibility for holidays/availability and scheduling changes on either side.​

Note/ To allow for the 3 months access, when you join, two bonus credits are added to your account within 48 hours. So you start with three sessions ready to book. These 2 credits are simply removed from the final 2 months of your subscription.
 

Commitment

The minimum term is three months. After that, one month’s written notice is required to cancel, given at any point. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
